Laughing Jack is the central antagonist/protagonist (depending on the point of view) of the Creepypasta story of the same name and its prequel, The Origin of Laughing Jack. He is a sinister supernatural clown, often posing as an imaginary friend to his victims, who gleefully guts people alive and, usually, replaces their disemboweled organs with candy.

Creepypastas are horror-related legends or images that have been copied and pasted around the Internet.[1][2][3] These Internet entries are often brief, user-generated, paranormal stories intended to scare readers. They include gruesome tales of murder, suicide, and otherworldly occurrences.
